He's our Syd Barrett in a way...

The conversation I had with him moments ago was the most depressing moment all year. In many ways I've lost one of my all time best friends. I don't think I'm ever going to see him again, in the same divine and brilliant way I use to. I feel like I've lost a guiding visionary who molded me as I am now...

in lamens terms: he has always been a genouise who inspired me, but through personaly issues has transformed into a diffrent person who I don't see eye to eye with, and seems to dislike to even be around me. As such I stay away from him, even though all I want is to hang out with my good frined again. Syd had the same issues with pink floyd, he was a brilliant visionary and great friend who became something else and the only way to appease him was to stay away from him. I may be looking into this to dramaticly, but he use to be my best chum, and in what seemed to be an instant he was gone, and he may never come back.
